MICHIGAN PROBATE COURT WATCH

Our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly, in the actions of our initiatives. From the moment we started our work in 2022, we understood that by working together to advocate for transparency, accountability, protection of rights, restoration of rights of the elderly, people with disabilities and their families; we would promote justice, ethics and law reform to put a stop to probate court corruption, guardianship abuse, defamation and punishment of family members who advocate for loved ones trapped in the probate court system, and exploitation perpetrated by court officers, state agencies, government officials and others in the public trust. We believe that by working together as a community, we will overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch Michigan Probate Court Watch. We strive to make a positive change in all of our pursuits.
